2018年12月24日至2019年1月1日晚上，灣景廳聖誕新年自助晚餐將會特別供應燒聖誕原隻火鷄伴自家製餡腸及蜜糖芥末燒聖誕有骨火腿，兩者都燒得皮脆肉嫩，讓您感受正宗的聖誕節日味道。此外，平安夜及聖誕節晚上更會加入燒美國特級牛肉眼扒及海鹽焗原條爐魚，肉味豐腴，惹味濃郁，必定帶給您味蕾非一般的滋味。另外，2018年12月28日至2019年1月1日晚上更額外輪流供應燒羊架及燒美國西冷牛扒，以豐富滋味的節日美食迎接新年。
聖誕新年自助晚餐以澳洲M6和牛及韓國海膽為您帶來多款滋味點題美饌，前菜沖繩海葡萄和牛沙律、日式和牛他他配冷稻庭烏冬，入口即化的和牛片讓您一試傾心；另有多款各具特色的主菜包括韓系美食韓式燉和牛牛肋骨、外脆內嫩又香口惹味的吉列和牛芝士波、口感爽滑豐富，鮮味清新的海膽海皇蒸千葉豆腐、酥香鬆脆的酥炸脆皮和牛面頰、即叫即炸的日式料理雜錦天婦羅、以及意式美食海膽青口意大利飯，每位賓客更奉送香蒜和牛配海膽焗珍寶元貝乙客，盡享海水鮮味與濃郁牛香。除了豐盛的「和牛海膽盛合」美饌外，其他推介菜式有深受歡迎的冰鎮海鮮加拿大雪花蟹腳、新西蘭生蠔、翡翠螺、鮮蜆、鮮蝦及新西蘭青口，海鮮迷必定愛不釋手！而日式專櫃供應即點即切的刺身，選擇包括三文魚、八爪魚、鯛魚、北海道帶子、希靈魚、甜蝦、北寄貝、劍魚等等，新鮮味美。聖誕及新年期間，當然不少得各式新鮮沙律、切肉、北京片皮鴨、燒豬肋骨配燒烤醬、日式照燒雞扒、砵酒慢煮牛肋條、葡汁焗椰菜花、泰式紅咖哩雜菜、意式扒雜菜、清蒸沙巴龍躉、時蔬炒魚柳及三蔥野菌炒蝦仁等美饌輪流提供，教人垂涎。

Christmas is around the corner and it’s time to arrange celebrations with your friends and families. Harbour Restaurant of The Harbourview has prepared for you a series of sumptuous buffets and entertainment programmes. On-the-spot games offering prizes worth nearly HK$80,000 in total are ready at the restaurant. Come and relish the joyful atmosphere of Christmas and New Year!
On the evening of 24 December 2018 to 1 January 2019, Roasted Turkey with Homemade Stuffing and Honey Mustard-roasted Bone Ham will be specially added on top of an enticing array of signature dishes made with Australian M6 Wagyu and Korean Sea Urchin. On the evenings of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Grilled U.S. Prime Ribeye Steak and Baked Sea Bass with Sea Salt will be specially prepared for your celebrations. In addition, Grilled U.S. Sirloin of Beef and Roasted Rack of Lamb will be provided on rotational basis on 28 December 2018 – 1 January 2019 for you to welcome the New Year.
In celebration of Christmas, a wide selection of signature Wagyu and Sea Urchin delicacies is also available in the dinner buffet. The highlights you cannot miss are Pan-fried Wagyu Beef with Garlic and Baked Jumbo Scallop with Sea Urchin (one complimentary serving per patron), Wagyu Beef Tataki with Cold Inaniwa Udon, Deep-fried Wagyu Beef Cheese Ball, Braised Wagyu Beef and Short Ribs in Korean Style, Steamed Sliced Tofu with Scallops, Shrimps and Sea Urchin, Assorted Tempura, Okinawa Sea Grapes with Wagyu Beef Salad, Sea Urchin and Mussels Risotto, and Deep-fried Wagyu Beef Cheek. Other than the signature dishes, choices of seafood including Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Oysters, Pacific Sea Whelks, Fresh Clams, Fresh Shrimps, and New Zealand Mussels will be severed in the Assorted Seafood Platter to satisfy all seafood lovers. Besides the luscious seafood, other hot picks are available at the Sashimi and Sushi Counter which serves a selection of sashimi sliced on-the-spot on rotation basis, including Salmon, Octopus, Snapper, Hokkaido Scallop, Herring, Amaebi, Hokkigai and Swordfish. Various sizzling choices are prepared for you at the buffet table and the Grilled Station including Roast Peking Duck with Condiments, Roasted Pork Spare Ribs with Barbecue Sauce, Roasted Chicken Steak with Teriyaki Sauce, Slow-braised Beef Spare Ribs with Port Wine, Baked Cauliflower with Portuguese Sauce, Sautéed Vegetables with Thai Red Curry, Grilled Vegetables in Italian Style, Steamed Fresh Sabah Grouper, Sautéed Fish Fillet with Seasonal Vegetables, Wok-fried Scallion with Mushroom and Shrimps, etc., both counters are promising the mouthwatering dishes for you to relish.
Apart from the seductive MOVENPICK Ice Cream from Switzerland, during Christmas and New Year, festive desserts like Christmas Log Cake, German Stollen, Christmas Pudding, Christmas Cookies and Ginger Bread House are available for dessert lovers. We also serve Pandan Crème Brûlée, Banana Napoleon, and Pineapple Flambé with Coconut Parfait which is available at the Live Station at 8:00pm every evening for you to finish off the great meal.
More, from 24 to 26 December, Santa Claus will come visit Harbour Restaurant and distribute Christmas gifts to children. A clown will twist balloons for kids in these 3 days, too. On-the-spot game will also be held in 5 sessions during Christmas and New Year period, some of the attractive prizes are buffet coupons and house wines worth nearly HK$80,000 in total.
