滋陰養顏湯品: 花膠螺頭燉雞
花膠及螺頭是不少人的滋陰首選,花膠含豐富膠質及蛋白質,能補充骨膠原,有養顏美膚之效,而響螺則滋陰補腎、清肝潤肺,加入竹絲雞、杞子、淮山、桂圓等材料熬足6小時,湯頭香濃鮮美,每口盡是精華,既是女士們的恩物,也適合一家老少享用,您又豈能錯過?
矜貴美饌: 鮑汁煎釀海參
海參性質平和,含豐富蛋白質及有補血健脾之效 ,因而有海中人參的美譽。總廚先將海參浸發三天,再把鮮蝦肉、冬菇、蝦米及豬肉釀入海參,以慢火煎至金黃熟透,最後淋上鮮甜可口的鮑汁,海參口感爽滑,盡吸鮑汁香氣。
精工細作: 火樹銀花 (桂花炒花膠絲)
花膠口感軟滑有彈性,總廚把花膠切絲,再加入雞蛋、瑤柱及爽口的銀芽以大火快炒,碎蛋炒得粒粒分明狀似桂花,吃下口感豐富,盡顯廚師功架。整道菜式金光閃閃,寓意金銀滿屋,美味又帶吉祥意頭。
飽嚐珍饈百味後,當然要以甜品作圓滿句號。冬天天氣乾燥,餐廳特別為每位客人奉送一客暖心滋潤的甜品,每星期輪流供應兩款,為您添上絲絲甜蜜暖意。
冰花海參燉六福糖水:海參除了傳統的食法,還可製作健康養生的糖水。此糖水結合六大滋補材料熬煮而成,包括海參、紅棗、杞子、雪耳、蓮子、圓肉及百合,呷一口清潤無比,助您養心安神,吃出健康。
美顏花膠燉鮮奶: 花膠燉鮮奶滋陰潤燥,可提高免疫力。燉奶香滑無比,口感順滑,為您的肌膚帶來矜貴呵護,女士們定必一試傾心。
