綠茵閣誠意為食客獻上「豐足賀歲自助晚餐」,讓客人與摯親同享佳饌,共賀豐年。行政總廚精心挑選多款中西美食,譜出有盆滿砵滿之意的「西式盆菜」配有喜氣洋洋 (烤羊架)、鳳凰展翅 (芝士蘑菇釀雞翼)、笑口常開 (香煎大蝦)等賀年美餚。另有多道佳節限定甜品如「紅棗忌廉蛋糕」及「菊花蜜糖奶凍」等。美食琳瑯滿目,寓意豐衣足食!客人凡預訂並繳付訂金,更可獲得雲集各款節慶、中西及港式小食的「八面玲瓏寶盒」乙客 ,實在不容錯過 (每晚只限15份)!

Celebrate in style with Executive Chef Eric Chan and his team at Garden Café with the delicious “Fusion Poon Choi”, featuring Roast Lamb Rack, Stuffed Chicken Wings with Mushroom and Cheese, and Pan-fried Shrimp. Decadent festive desserts such as Red Date Cream Cake and Chrysanthemum and Honey Panna Cotta are also in place for our guests to devour. Guests who pay deposit can enjoy a “Sweet Treasure Box” (only 15 boxes are available each night) starring a mix of Chinese and Western desserts like Crispy Peanut Dumpling, Dragon’s Beard Candy, macron and more.
