「海螯蝦配魚子醬」及「意式生鯛魚片」– 西班牙海螯蝦伴以矜貴的魚子醬及牛油果，先以味道豐富的前菜打開初夏序幕;而意式刺身則能刺激食客的味蕾

AVA Restaurant Slash Bar features contemporary international cuisine using the finest seasonal ingredients and brings different themes of set dinner every two months. With summer fast approaching, our Chef Faycal El Moujahid has again crafted a 5-course set dinner “Summer Aroma”, which will be available from 1 May 2019.
Spanish Summer Seafood Feast Infused with Freshest Ingredients
Showcasing his sublime skills, Chef Faycal creates the menu with quality seafood including langoustine, sea bream and rouget. This seasonal feast is set to bring an array of delicacies to connoisseurs.
“Langoustine with Caviar” & “Sea Bream Carpaccio” – Diners will get ready for unveiling the seasonal feast and indulge in the refreshing taste of summer
