- 前菜「魚子醬牛肉他他」及「海螯蝦沙律」- 兩款口味獨特的前菜為父親節限定晚餐掀起序幕，「魚子醬牛肉他他」味道濃郁，煙燻香氣瀰漫的鮮嫩牛肉配以味道濃郁的魚子醬，令人一試難忘；而肉質鮮嫩的海螯蝦味道鮮甜，配以矜貴的魚子醬及清新柚子珠，為味蕾帶來另一種刺激

- Main Courses “Tagliolino Pasta” & “Beef Tenderloin Rossini” – Those two Italian main courses will double the enjoyment! While handmade “Tagliolino Pasta” served with uni and yuzu brings you a light and refreshing taste, the tender and succulent “Beef Tenderloin Rossini” will give dinners a rich and unforgettable taste, which will go perfectly with foie gras and Madeira wine sauce
