Buon Viaggio! 今個仲夏,由味蕾啟航,以舌尖發掘問月酒店Supergiant Tapas & Cocktail Bar一系列全新意大利菜式。Supergiant總廚陳家俊特意與Assaggio Trattoria Italiana 總廚Francesco攜手合作,於菜譜中加入經典意大利美饌,由7月1 日至8月31日,為饕客帶來全日清新的現代歐陸餐飲體驗。
Assaggio總廚 Francesco來自以醇酒及白松露著名的美食之都,位處意大利北部的皮埃蒙特。Francesco擁有豐富的烹調經驗,足跡遍佈歐洲和中東,先後於意大利和瑞士多間著名餐廳掌廚,其後移居杜拜出任著名酒店餐廳的意大利主廚。Francesco擅長烹製質樸正宗的意大利麵及各種意式佳餚,以最優質的意國時令食材,融合現代和傳統的創意烹調手法,將地道的北意大利風味帶給饗客。
加入了意菜風的Supergiant全新自選菜單,總廚嚴選各種引人垂涎的新鮮材料,並糅合多種調味料及滿載豐富滋味的香草,帶出食材之真味。先由清新可口的番茄伴水牛芝士為開胃前菜,感受意大利地道傳統風味;饌嚐向傳統意大利美饌致敬的巴馬火腿伴蜜瓜,火腿脂香滿溢,配以鮮甜蜜瓜片,賣相及味道皆讓人回味無窮。其他滋味美饌如意式和牛肉丸,和牛肉丸以手工搓成,配以意大利巴馬臣芝士及以新鮮蕃茄及香草煮成以醬汁,咬下牛香滿溢,層次豐富;教人念念不忘的是巴馬火腿及巴馬臣芝士薄餅外脆內軟、鹹中帶鮮的絕妙滋味;或選擇黑松露雞蛋薄餅,以香氣濃郁的黑松露配以嫩滑雞蛋,加上薄餅的麥香,簡單卻叫人齒頰留香。橄欖油香蒜蟹肉全蛋麵亦是另一款廚師推介之選,幼身的意大利全蛋麵,盡收大蝦精華熬煮成的醬汁,搭配鮮甜蟹肉,每一口盡是豐富鮮味。
全新意式下午茶美點
饕客更可品嚐期間限定的精緻下午茶小點,悠閒享受下午時光,包括脆炸小墨魚,炸過後的墨魚不失鮮味,酥脆的口感伴以清新而又濃郁的他他醬,豐富口感讓人一試傾心。更有意式「療癒系」甜點,如:提子鬆餅配果醬、意式芝士蛋糕等,皆為您帶來滿滿的愉悅幸福滋味。

由7月起,深受歡迎的海陸特快午餐及週末尋味早午餐,亦將由總廚匠心獨運,嚴選意國菜精粹加入菜譜之中,讓饗饕體驗變得更為難忘誘人。
除了全新意國菜式,不容錯過Supergiant經典西班牙滋味美饌,巧手菜式包括西班牙式烤乳豬,表皮香脆,入口即溶的口感教人念念不忘,伴上小黃瓜及蘋果蓉更是清新怡人。當被譽為「黃色鑽石」的海膽遇上鮮甜帶子,隨即譜出和諧的鮮味二重奏 (Hokkaido Scallop) ,讓甘甜鮮味於舌尖縈迴。

Buon Viaggio! Take your taste buds on a voyage to Italy with a wide array of authentic Italian fare at Supergiant Tapas & Cocktail Bar at Mira Moon this summer. Joining hands with Chef Francesco of Assaggio Trattoria Italiana, Chef Jeremy curated a brand-new menu serving refreshing European dining for discerning diners from sunrise to sunset starting from 1st July until 31st August.
Native of Piedmont – a region in northern Italy which is famed for its exquisite white truffle and numerous gastronomic delights, Chef Francesco of Assaggio boasts a diverse and extensive culinary background with his formative years of training and working in Italy and Switzerland prior to moving to Dubai and worked as the specialty chef at a prestigious hotel, rocking the culinary stages across Europe and the Middle East.
His menu features simple but authentic Italian food based on seasonal ingredients from Italy, presenting versatile fare flavors with picture perfect flair, bringing the spirit of authentic Northern Italian-style cuisine with a modern, creative touch to diners.
Immerse yourself in the brand-new a la carte menu imbued with contemporary and authentic Italian specialties that are curated with fresh and diverse ingredients. Savor the authentic Italian taste with the refreshing Caprese Salad as an appetizing antipasto or salute to the traditional Italian fare with Aged Parma Ham & Italian Melon which looks as good as its taste. Entice your palate with the myriad flavor of Assaggio Style Meatball. Topped with a flake of Parmigiano cheese, the handmade Wagyu meatball accented with the sauce extracted from fresh tomatoes and herbs. When it comes to pizza, the delicious combination of Prosciutto di Parma will leave you asking for more. Opt for a slice of Fiorentina if you crave for an exquisite taste of luxury. Loaded with black truffle’s unique flavor and tender egg, every bite is perfumed with a fantastic floury aroma. Spinosi Pasta & Crab Aop is another chef’s favorite. The egg-based pasta is particularly porous, allowing it to take up a generous amount of rich shrimp stock for even more flavor with every mouthful.

From pasta to tapas Supergiant offer a delicious host of European dishes
Starting from July, Supergiant’s sought-after Surf or Turf Express Lunch and Weekend Brunch will also get even more tempting with a touch of Italy.
In additional to the new Italian dishes, diner shall not miss Supergiant’s signature Spanish tapas. Tantalizing delicacies include but not limited to the Suckling Pig, with crispy skin and the slow-cooked pork meat paired with zucchini and apple puree, the iconic tapas just to satisfy for all your cravings. Sea urchin and scallop are the so ever popular choices amongst food gourmet. When marrying the two, Hokkaido Scallop is a rich and graceful amuse for any occasion with the juicy scallop layered over sea urchin sauce and a bed of wakame seaweed.
