踏入被譽為「水果之王」榴槤的當造季節,The Market將為一眾榴槤愛好者呈獻榴槤主題自助餐,讓食客品嚐由酒店糕餅行政總廚何維城師傅和馬來西亞籍廚師團隊創作的一系列令人意想不到的榴槤熱葷及精緻甜點。
才華洋溢的廚師團隊已準備就緒,為食客呈獻一場觸動感官的榴槤盛宴,特色熱葷包括香脆可口的榴槤麥皮蝦、榴槤忌廉蟹、芝士榴槤炒排骨及榴槤炸豆腐。
屆時,素有「榴槤王子」之稱的糕餅行政總廚何維城師傅將會推出一系列全新滋味榴槤甜點,包括榴槤咖央三文治、榴槤牛奶撻和榴槤菠蘿包。自助餐同時於各個時段輪流供應廣受歡迎的自家製榴槤雪糕、榴槤斑蘭卷、榴槤芝士撻、炸榴槤卷和炸榴槤球。
榴槤主題菜式將於九月及十月期間連續一個月在The Market供應,同時餐廳亦會繼續提供廣受歡迎的海南雞飯、阿拉斯加皇帝蟹腳、 喇沙和北京烤鴨等招牌美食,讓食客大快朵頤。

With the durian season in full swing, the King of Fruits makes a triumphant return to Hotel ICON with its new durian-themed buffet at The Market. Celebrate all things durian with the myriad of sweet and savoury durian dishes created by native Malaysian chefs.
Durian aficionados can savour a premium durian feast with the finest and most vibrant collection of durian dishes, including highlights such as the crispy Oatmeal Durian Fried Prawns, Durian Fatty Crab, succulent Fried Pork Spare Rib with Durian Cheese Sauce and Crispy-fried Bean Curd with Creamy Durian Sauce.
Make room for dessert as ‘The Durian Prince’, Hotel ICON’s Executive Pastry Chef Danny Ho has done it once again with his creative durian inventions. Back by popular demand, he will be showcasing his new durian dessert creations on a rotation basis, including Durian Kaya Sandwich, Durian Milk Tart, and Durian Pineapple Bun, while also featuring the all-time favourites including Homemade Durian Ice Cream, Durian Pandan Roll, Durian Cheese Tart, Deep-fried Durian Roll and Deep-fried Durian Ball, perfect for the sweet-toothed.
The extensive durian spread will be showcased in addition to the much-adored selection of sizzling Asian specialties, and favourites such as Hainanese Chicken Rice, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Laksa Lemak and Beijing Roasted Duck available at The Market’s award-winning buffet for a month.
