時序漸入初秋,一年一度的大閘蟹季節亦正式宣告開始。金域假日酒店龍苑中菜廳趁這段大閘蟹最肥美當造的季節,由十月一日起至十一月三十日應時推出精選北海道大閘蟹及多款風味獨特的大閘蟹菜式,並誠邀各位食客趁鮮品嚐。
大閘蟹的得名由來,據說是在捕蟹之前,漁民會預先用竹枝和草築成大閘,夜間於竹桿上掛上明燈,並在閘的另一邊佈上魚網,藉燈光吸引蟹群游往,故有大閘蟹之稱。
要充份品嚐大閘蟹的原汁鮮味,就不能錯過龍苑的「紫蘇籠仔蒸大閘蟹」或別具風味的「陳年花雕鹽焗大閘蟹」。大閘蟹簡單放於蒸籠蒸熟,進食時配以鎮江醋、薑米調味,其味無窮。完膳後和以薑茶驅寒,又或佐以陳製二十五年的越山仙雕,別有一番雅興。
除了傳統原汁原味的清蒸方式外,大閘蟹粉亦可配搭其他食材一起烹調,誘發更高層次的蟹鮮。龍苑特別推介「蟹粉百花釀遼參」、滋味香口的「金沙大閘蟹」 、「生拆蟹粉豆腐羮」、香脆可口的「蟹粉吉列龍躉球」、美味爽滑的「蟹粉海皇煎米粉」、「毛豆蟹粉豆腐煲」、「陳年花雕鹽焗大閘蟹」、「蟹粉鍋巴」,當然還有百吃不厭的「生拆蟹粉小籠包」。款款蟹粉美餚香口又有濃郁蟹香,叫人味蕾震奮,絲絲回味。
