唯港薈大堂餐廳GREEN將於2019年11月1日至2020年1月1日與比利時皇室御用朱古力品牌GODIVA攜手呈獻GODIVA朱古力節慶下午茶套餐,並推出一系列別出心裁的朱古力甜點,與客人共同迎接浪漫的聖誕節。
位於全亞洲最大之室內垂直花園旁的 GREEN,集咖啡廳及法國小餐館於一身。 精心的設計、幽靜舒適的環境及無微不至的服務,讓客人於繁忙的都市中享受一絲閒情。臨近萬眾期待的佳節,GREEN將會增添不同特色的聖誕主題佈置,讓客人在濃厚的節日氣氛下與家人好友共度溫馨愉悅的時光。
酒店糕餅行政總廚何維城師傅(Danny Ho)悉心製作出一系列以冬日聖誕為主題的朱古力誘人甜點,當中包括薑餅人曲奇和傳統英式鬆餅等。除了可口的朱古力甜點外,此下午茶套餐另提供一系列令人垂涎的精緻鹹點,包括黑朱古力脆皮青胡椒鵝肝、嫩滑三文魚方粒配孜然香草醬等。另外,客人可自選自家製檸檬汁、意大利illy即磨咖啡或新加坡奢華茶葉品牌TWG Tea的醇茶,與三五知己在GREEN一同享受悠閒的午後時光。
GODIVA節慶朱古力下午茶套餐為客人送上多重的朱古力享受,重點推介的是數款精心設計的甜點,包括充滿冬日氣氛的白朱古力馴鹿紅桑子朱古力、佈滿可愛小蘑菇的朱古力樹頭蛋糕、朱古力脆米忌廉雪橇及矜貴的金箔松露朱古力等,無論是外形與香醇口味都叫人一試難忘。食客更可一如既往地享受多重驚喜禮遇,如兩小時任食GODIVA黑朱古力軟雪糕和一杯精選口味的GODIVA杯裝朱古力雪糕。此外,食客更可一嚐GODIVA聖誕限定系列,如造型別緻的聖誕老人朱古力。
客人可以優惠價加配享用無限添飲的瑪姆紅帶香檳或法國氣泡酒,為節日錦上添花,盡情享受微醺時刻。此外,GREEN亦全新推出了各款節日限定的雞尾酒及無酒精雞尾酒,例如以伏特加、百利甜酒和可可利口酒調製而成的Chocolate Coffee Martini(朱古力咖啡馬天尼),以及用青蘋果、奇異果、莫希托糖漿、奇異果糖漿、蘋果汁和薄荷葉製成的Mint Paradise等,為食客送上昇華下午茶體驗。

Melting hearts and tempting taste buds from around the globe, the GODIVA Chocolate Festive Afternoon Tea at GREEN promises a delightfully decadent start to the winter holidays.
A verdant oasis in the centre of the city, GREEN’s warm, welcoming dining room is flanked by lush vertical garden and will be adorned with sublimely stylish Christmas décor, providing the perfect place for cosy catch-ups with family and friends.
Available from 1 November through 1 January 2020, award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Danny Ho presents an indulgent menu filled with sugar and spice, and everything chocolate! The sumptuous afternoon tea experience begins with a festive Gingerbread Man Cookie and Hotel ICON’s much-adored Traditional Scones with Clotted Cream and Jam, along with a steaming pot of fine TWG tea or mug of illy coffee. Hearty savouries like Chocolate Foie Gras with Green Peppercorn and Salmon Mi-cuit with Cumin Chilli Pesto lead the way for a sweets menu that is a chocolate connoisseur’s dream.
Diners are invited to fill their cups with unlimited GODIVA dark chocolate soft serve ice cream before delving into festively fabulous highlights like the White Chocolate Reindeer Raspberry Crystal, GODIVA Chocolate Log Cake, GODIVA Chocolate Cream Sled with Crispy Crunch, and GODIVA Chocolate Truffle with Gold Flakes, which are as delicious as they are visually stunning. The divine decadence continues with a cup of GODIVA ice cream and a piece of limited time GODIVA Christmas Chocolate in each set. Plus, to sweeten Santa’s arrival, GODIVA Hot Chocolate will be available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year alongside a complimentary piece of GODIVA Chocolate Praline to take home.
Those who want to add a little sparkle to the holiday season may opt for free-flowing G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut N.V. Champagne or Saint-Louis Blanc de Blancs Brut N.V. French sparkling wine to their sets. Optional festive cocktails like the Chocolate Coffee Martini made with vodka, Baileys, and Crème de Cacao or mocktails like the Mint Paradise made with green apple, kiwi, mojito syrup, kiwi syrup, apple juice, and mint leaves promise to keep the season merry and bright!
