米芝蓮推介餐廳天外天總廚黃子其師傅亦將於1月22日至2月5日（年初一至十五）期
間於餐廳誠獻6 款新春單點佳餚迎新年。節日期間，酒店更分別推出多款象徵「風生水起」的賀年意頭菜「撈起」，有西式、中式及傳統新加坡風味款式供堂食外，亦有外責選擇，讓您無論於家中或酒店餐廳均能「越撈越旺」。

為傳承中國節日傳統，酒店將於1月 22 日農曆大年初一舉行舞獅表演，與賓客及員工同賀新歲，一同喜迎兔年。
