盡享金色夏日時光，於香港數碼港艾美酒店展開一趟愜意優雅的美食之旅。 全天候餐廳Southside Bistro首度夥拍Paul Lafayet，於2023年6月26日至9月30日期間攜手推出「閃耀盛夏」下午茶，為饕客呈獻一系列法式精緻可口的下午茶小吃及甜點。

 

Paul Lafayet一直致力採用優質的原材料打造各款精緻可口的法式甜點，匠心炮製濃郁順滑、香氣滿溢的法式焦糖燉蛋，以及酥脆夢幻、香甜細膩的檸檬馬卡龍，令人一試傾心。饕客可於Southside Bistro享用優雅下午茶的同時，細味來自Paul Lafayet精心創作的經典招牌甜點。

 

Southside Bistro副行政總廚Jacky Chui精心設計了多款可口小食，先以煙燻三文魚忌廉芝士法式千層三文治 掀起序幕，這道前菜細緻優雅，配搭鮮味無窮的三文魚子，為味蕾抹上一襲清新。接著品嚐鵝肝醬配法式奶油多士及香橙果醬 ，柔滑濃香的鵝肝醬，配搭鹹香薄脆的多士，多重口感層次一觸即發。細嚐香氣滿溢的焗松露布里芝士撻配杏仁脆，以及惹味的迷你法式火腿芝士三文治配鵪鶉蛋，香脆可口令人無法抗拒。

 

西點主廚Ping Ng 特意以多款清新食材入饌，為甜點注人夏日色彩。細嚐一口精緻的檸檬蛋白霜撻, 微酸回甘的檸檬香氣配上香甜酥脆的蛋白餅，口感輕盈毫無負擔。海鹽焦糖朱古力慕絲蛋糕結合絲滑慕絲、鬆軟忌廉及朱古力脆脆，讓甜蜜滿足感在舌尖上愉快起舞。冰凍清新的玫瑰酒雪葩最適合於炎炎夏日品嚐降溫。不得不提的還有英式提子鬆餅配野莓果醬及英式奶油醬 ，為這頓豐盛的下午茶劃上完美句號。


美好人生 – 品味美好生活，享受午後愜意時光。幻想置身法國浪漫迷人的玫瑰花園，細呷幽香淡雅的Minuty M粉紅玫瑰酒，果香豐腴、酸甜得宜，與下午茶茶點相互相乘，碰撞出巧妙和諧的火花。
