期待已久的品蟹季節終於來臨。秋風徐徐，螃蟹豐腴誘人，飽滿厚實，正是一飽口福，品嘗時令佳餚的時刻。富豪香港酒店的御花園咖啡室於10月6日至12月10日期間為食客提供「秋色嘗蟹」自助晚餐，其名字不言自明，為賓客準備了一頓充滿螃蟹菜式的鮮美盛宴。

想要盡情享受蟹宴的客人將身處充斥著螃蟹標誌性的橙色色調的美食天堂。為了確保食客在短暫的蟹季裡享受極致的美食體驗，御花園咖啡室的廚房團隊精心準備了多款美饌，展現鮮嫩香甜的蟹肉和油香四溢的蟹黃蟹膏。自助餐的菜餚搭配簡單的食材，以免蓋過螃蟹的細膩味道，讓主角充分發揮其所長，為每道菜增添醉人鮮味。

首先享用餐廳的迎賓開胃菜，濃郁冶味的泰式咖哩南瓜軟殼蟹（二人份），然後盡情享用無限量供應的長腳蟹蟹腳和英國麵包蟹。芒果長腳蟹肉沙律、蟹肉魔鬼蛋沙律、亞枝竹蟹肉沙律和西瓜蟹肉沙律 等前菜和沙律都是呈現蟹肉鮮味的菜色。

一頓完整的蟹宴豈能沒有經典的蟹粉小籠包和花雕酒蛋白蒸蟹！前者充滿由豬肉及大閘蟹膏餡料滲出的熱騰騰湯汁，放入口中，滋味大爆發。後者則用純粹的蛋白及花雕酒烹調，完美地保留螃蟹的鮮甜，使蛋白成為酒香蟹香十足的嫰滑布甸。

自助餐也採用了多種烹飪方式向賓客展現螃蟹的風味，亮點菜餚包括避風塘炒蟹、蟹粉伴脆米餅、荷葉蒸蟹飯、焗蟹肉海鮮杯等。即場新鮮熬煮的鮮蟹粥 亦不容錯過。
