訂金條款：
所有網上訂座必須先付不設退款的訂金，訂金將根據用餐總人數計算。
若實際出席人數與訂座人數有異，而人數差額多於一位時，及後每一位客人將被扣取訂金︰
- 星期一至四之自助午餐(四位或以上)及晚餐將被扣取港幣100元
- 星期五、六、日及公眾假期之自助早午餐、午餐及晚餐將被扣取港幣200元
- 星期一至日及公眾假期之下午茶餐將被扣取港幣100元
- 指定節日的任何用餐時段將被全數扣取 (例如：平安夜/聖誕)
-二十位或以上的人數訂座,須付總金額之一半作為訂金
請注意，當您在OKiBook成功預訂時，Hotel ICON將通過電子郵件和短信發送押金詳情，請在3天內安排支付押金。如果我們在上述日期之前沒有收到您的回復，我們將假設您不再需要該預訂，您的預訂將會透過系統自動取消。
更改訂座條款：
如需更改訂座日期或人數，最少提前7天作出通知，避免任何額外費用，如少於7天，人數應保證百份之九十出席率，當實際訂座客人的人數少於預訂的百份之九十出席率，相應的押金將被扣除，任何增加客人數量的請求將根據餐廳的訂座情況而定。
不退款政策：
已付訂金將不予退還，如果取消訂座，訂金於30日內保留使用，以當時餐廳訂座情況而定。如在訂座前7天內取消，100％的押金將被沒收。客戶如未能於合約列明之日期前繳付首訂、次訂及餘額，所有已繳付之訂金將會不可退還及再次使用。
確認訂座：
若您已支付金，本公司將在24小時內通過電子郵件或短信發送確認函。已支付之押金將用扣除活動當日的實際結帳金額。
